SUMMARY:A Sacred and Sound Approach to Happiness: Introduction and Overview
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday\, September 10\, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Unity of Charlottesville with Lama Tashi\, Grammy Award-nominated multiphonic chant master and Geshe (PhD equivalent) of H.H. the Dalai Lama’s Drepung Loseling Monastery.  \nLama Tashi will share his powerful chanting\, lead a guided meditation and introduce the upcoming teaching series on “A Sacred and Sound Approach to Happiness” that he will present this Fall here in Charlottesville. Afterwards\, we will enjoy a reception with Lama Tashi and members of our community over refreshments.  This event is co-sponsored by the Jefferson Tibetan Society and Unity of Charlottesville. \nPlease feel free to bring a kata (traditional offering scarf) to present to Lama Tashi\, if you would like.
