On Sunday, October 29 from 3 – 4:30 pm at the Center at Belvedere, join Lama Tashi, Grammy Award-nominated multiphonic chant master and Geshe (PhD equivalent) of H.H. the Dalai Lama’s Drepung Loseling Monastery, for the second session in his “A Sacred and Sound Approach to Happiness” series.

This session focuses on developing Self-Empowerment through resonating with the energy of the bodhisattva Vajrapani and his secret mantra. Through powerful visualizations, deep meditation, and other exercises we will learn to transmute and release depression, grief, and shame to manifest enhanced self-empowerment. This transformation enables us to experience a powerful source of profound inner strength.

You may register for this session separately, or for the entire 5-session “A Sacred and Sound Approach to Happiness” series that Lama Tashi will offer on October 1, 15, and 29; November 12; and December 3, 2023.
